IT's NOT OKAY form

The form above can be used for a number of reasons, if you see, hear or feel something that is NOT okay. For exmaple:

• You hear a student using offensive or upsetting language and you and/or others are offended by this.
• You are being abused or believe someone you know is being abused by another child or adult. Abuse can come in various forms including physical, emotional and sexual.
• You or another sutdent are being bullied either in person or online.
• You or someone you know needs to talk to a trusted adult about how you are feeling but you are not comfortable approaching them in person.
