
This week Year 8 and 9 students have developed their breadmaking skills to make Easter bread wreaths. This has involved making an enriched bread dough- measuring and heating liquids, combining ingredients, shaping and forming the bread dough, as well as glazing and decorating.
Some great outcomes were achieved with some fantastic chocolate brownies also made.
Later in the week look out for Easter decorated cheesecakes too!
If you are baking or cooking during the Easter break do send in photos of your makes and bakes - we love to see your practical skills in action at home as well as school!
