Silver Duke of Edinburgh Qualifying 2026

We had another successful DofE practice expedition at the end of last half term. The Silver group headed off to Bakewell on Thursday evening, set up camp and camped overnight there. They then set out on a walk to Birchover in Matlock on the Friday and set up camp again. The group enjoyed an evening together cooking and then had a game of football to round off the evening. On the Saturday morning all the groups completed a walk to Black Rocks and at times the terrain was tricky but they managed it. The weather was fair for the trip and the expedition was enjoyed by all participants and Ivanhoe staff. All participants showed the Ivanhoe values of being ambitious, determined, respectful and caring for one another. We cannot wait to head out on expedition again for the qualifying expedition.
