"A DREAM COME TRUE MOMENT"

We are incredibly proud of one of our Year 11 students, Ethan Overton, who competed in a national showjumping competition at Burghley Horse Trials last weekend. 

Ethan was "over the moon" that he was selected, along with three other teammates from our area, to compete in the prestigious event. As many professional riders also compete at Burghley, Ethan descibed the experience as a "dream come true moment" and said that he "would love to be a professional one day".

Out of the many teams competing on the day, Ethan and his team achieved an impressive 21st place finish. Not only that, but Ethan managed to jump clear, meaning he incurred no jumping faults.
