Learner Leaders Shine at LIFE MAT Workshop with the CEO

This week, 50 of our Learner Leaders had the exciting opportunity to take part in a leadership workshop led by the CEO of our Multi‑Academy Trust. Throughout the session, our learners impressed with their exceptional oracy skills—speaking confidently, listening attentively, and engaging thoughtfully in discussions about leadership, culture, and the future of our school community.

Their conduct exemplified our core values at every step. They demonstrated Respect through their professionalism and collaboration with peers and adults. Their contributions reflected real Ambition, showing they are ready to shape and influence positive change. The considerate way they supported one another throughout the workshop highlighted our value of Care. And above all, each learner showcased why Mattering is central to our ethos—recognising their voice, their agency, and their importance within our school and the wider MAT.

We are incredibly proud of the way our Learner Leaders represented the school and look forward to seeing the impact of their ideas in the months ahead
