Our staff cannot wait to welcome you to our 'in person' Open Evening event on Wednesday 22nd September, between 5-7pm. There will be an opportunity for you to look around the school including in classrooms, sports facilities and practical lesson spaces.

There will be a talk from the Headteacher, Mrs Alison Allford, in the main school hall, which will be repeated at 5.30pm, 6.00pm, and 6.30pm. All visitors will need to collect a ticket for a time slot on arrival at the event to limit overcrowding.

Update: 16th September 2021

As COVID-19 cases rise in our local and school community, following advice from our local Health Protection team we are introducing additional measures as we continue to keep our students, staff and wider community safe.

We would kindly request that any parent/carer attending the Open Evening should please wear a face covering unless medically exempt from doing so.  Prospective students are not required to wear a face covering; although they may choose to do so.

To ensure the safety of everyone in attendance, we also kindly request that attendees are kept to the prospective student accompanied by one parent/carer.

Additional COVID-19 safety measures including hand sanitisation, a one-way system and timed slots to attend Mrs. Allford’s presentation will be in place during the evening.  Staff and students will be on hand to assist you.  Please bear with us whilst we show you everything that Ivanhoe has to offer in a COVID-19 safe way.
